3. Definitions
- Distance Contract: Any agreement between Ihla & Sweet Morocco and a Consumer made entirely via the Internet.
- Consumer: Any individual purchasing for personal use and not for professional purposes.
- Order Form: Document detailing the chosen products, confirmed by the consumer’s “double click” (validation online).
- Order: Act by which the consumer commits to purchase products and Ihla & Sweet Morocco commits to deliver them.
4. Products
All products are offered while supplies last. Ihla & Sweet Morocco reserves the right to withdraw or update products without notice.
5. Placing an Order
After selecting a product, click “Add to Cart.” You can review or edit your cart at any time. To complete your purchase, confirm your order by clicking “Pay.”
In case of input error, you may request cancellation within 24 hours by emailing us.
6. Prices
- Prices are displayed in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) and include applicable taxes.
- Prices valid at the time of order are final.
- Any change in tax rate will automatically apply to product pricing.
7. Order Execution
Orders are processed within 2–3 weeks following confirmation, subject to product availability.
If an item is unavailable, the customer may choose between a refund (within 30 days) or an exchange.
8. Delivery
- Products are delivered to the address specified during checkout.
- Delivery fees are borne by the customer.
- Shipping delays do not justify damages or order cancellation.
- Upon receipt, the customer must verify goods and report any transport-related issues within 24 hours.
9. Payment
- Payment methods include bank cards and other options shown on our checkout page.
- Online transactions are secured via the Centre Monétique Interbancaire (CMI) or other certified providers.
- The consumer guarantees having authorization to use the chosen payment method.
10. Data Confidentiality
Customer data is required to process orders and is treated confidentially.

11. Cancellation
Paid orders may be canceled within 24 hours by contacting customer service.
12. Right of Withdrawal
From the delivery date, you have 1 day to exercise your right of withdrawal. Returned products must be in perfect condition, unused, and in original packaging. Return costs are the customer’s responsibility.
13. Guarantee
All products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 1 year from the invoice date.
This guarantee does not cover damages due to accidents, misuse, or negligence.
14. Proof of Transactions
Electronic records kept by our secure payment platform serve as proof of transactions between the customer and Ihla & Sweet Morocco.
15. Force Majeure
Ihla & Sweet Morocco shall not be held liable in cases of force majeure preventing the fulfillment of its obligations.
